Overview:  Foundations is our skills training program designed for Athletes Ages 8 to 10 (Grades 3 - 5) either at the beginner level or looking to develop the right habits.  Athletes will learn basic skills to develop their confidence in multiple areas of the game needed to be successful at this age.

Pricing:  $220 for All 10 Sessions | $25 per Single Session

• Overview:  Intermediate I is our skills development program designed for Athletes Ages 10 to 12 (Grades 5 - 7) desiring to further develop their skills at each position.  Similar to our Club & Middle School Prep programs, Athletes will be trained on enhancing their skills in the areas of serving, serve-receive, setting, hitting and defense.

• Overview:  Our Intermediate II program is designed for Athletes Ages 12 to 14 (Grades 6 - 9) desiring to further advance their skills and elevate their game.  Athletes will be trained on advancing at each position, improving their communication skills and elevating their Court IQ to make them a more versatile asset on their team.
