If you're new to Club Volleyball or just new to Resilient Volleyball, here's a quick overview of the tryout process.  We highly encourage Athletes interested in joining one of our Teams for the upcoming 2025-26 Season to attend as many of our Evaluation Clinics to allow Athletes to meet and train with their future Club Coaches.  Summer Clinics also serve as additional Evaluation opportunities for Open Positions.

While all Clubs will be making an attempt to ask you to verbally commit during their Evaluation Clinics starting May 5th, we highly encourage you to attend one of our Clinics first before making your decision.  This year, the timeframe when verbal offers may be given doesn't start until May 19 and continues until the official Acceptance Date on July 8.  So, don't feel rushed to make such an important decision.

Evaluations for our teams begin with our Skills Clinics starting 5/5 thru 7/2.  For the 2025-26 Season, the North Texas Region (NTR) is allowing Verbal Offers to be given to existing Resilient Volleyball Athletes immediately and to any Athletes regardless of Club affiliation beginning Monday 5/19.  Final Evaluation to finalize teams will be Monday July 7.  

Registration System:   When you select the registration button, you will be taken to our partner registration system, TeamSnap.  If you do not already have a TeamSnap account, you will have the opportunity to create one during the registration process.

Note:  Effective May 19, 2025, Club organizations in NTR may begin discussing verbal offers with Players regardless of current Club affiliation prior to the official Acceptance Date.  Clubs cannot require you to sign any written commitments or require you to digitally acknowledge your acceptance until the Acceptance Date.  Additionally, Clubs cannot accept payment for anything related to the verbal offer for the upcoming 2025-26 USAV Club Season.  Clubs requiring a payment during this time as a pre-payment on future season club fees or to secure a position on a team will be considered a violation of the North Texas Region policy.

The Online Commitment System (OCS) will be the only binding offer system recognized by the NTR and is only available on the Acceptance Date.  Any verbal offers made prior to this date will not be recognized by the NTR.  Any offers made that include signatures or financial consideration prior to the Acceptance Date will be considered a violation of the North Texas Region policy.
