Overview: 4 days of Focused Skills Training to prepare Athletes for Fall Volleyball and/or School Team Tryouts. Skills to be trained include: Serving, Receiving, Setting, Hitting, Defense and Court IQ.
Grades 5 & 6: Fall Volleyball Prep
Grades 7 & 8: Middle School Tryouts Prep
Grades 9 to 12: High School Warm-up & Tryouts Prep
